As service partner to PURE Digital we offer a fixed cost repair service for most products when the warranty has expired. We also undertake chargeable repairs to most models where the warranty has been invalidated or the proof of purchase has been lost.

If your radio is less than 2 years old and you believe your radio is still under warranty please contact the dealer from which you purchased it, by law the warranty is with them.
