We now only offer a fixed cost repair service for four PURE models, The Original Evoke-1 (pre 2007), Sonus-1XT, the Original Marshall special edition 1XT and the Pocket DAB1500. We cannot repair or offer any advice about any other PURE radio models.

When returning DAB Digital radios to us for repair please include your name, address including postcode, a daytime phone number, the fault and an email address if you have one. Please do not send leads, or mains adapters unless they are suspected to be faulty. All repairs are returned by courier, if you will not be at home to sign for it please provide us with an alternative delivery address. Payments: We only accept payment by Cheque, Postal order or Paypal. If you are sending a cheque or postal order with your radio please make it payable to C. Ellis.
